About Dhosis: Dhosis is a Peruvian based clothing platform discharged at the end of 2014, created by Jose Vilca, a 21 year old peruvian designer recently graduated from Mod’Art International.
Very interested in the social and non-gender universe, and taking investigations into clothing that searches innovation and a mix between inclusive and exclusive way of dressing. In addition to its androgynous ideal and designs, the designer chooses to remain completely anonymous, thus allowing him to develop his knowledge, in a brand that is essentially free of prejudice. He also collects much of information in strong adolescent themes, pop visuals, and 90’s trends and creates designs that shows a fresh aura between taboo and how it intervenes in a body. Dhosis was created to take apart traditional garments, shrinking the components, and making something new and unrecognizable out of them, using classic + unconventional fabrics, hand-sewing techniques, etc. Production is limited or exclusive and are handmade by designer in his playhouse.
