La naturaleza como eje central de un movimiento que se despliega en corrientes filosóficas, artísticas y, afortunadamente, también en la moda. La firma española de calzado El Naturalista es uno de sus máximos exponentes. Aunque su nombre lo dice todo, vamos a darte más datos para que te unas a este movimiento.

Las ranas son preciosas
El Naturalista ha rediseñado su logotipo conservando la esencia del símbolo, la rana, con una lectura mas actual pero sin perder sus orígenes. “Las ranas son preciosas”: bajo este titulo se ha desarrollado la nueva imagen corporativa de El Naturalista, consiguiendo una imagen mas sencilla, contemporánea, fácil de aplicar y que mejora la lectura con su nueva tipografía. Apostamos por el color verde flúor porque es un color muy presente en la naturaleza y tiene un fuerte componente tecnológico. Este componente cada vez está mas presente en los zapatos de la marca, inspirados en la naturaleza por medio de procesos y materiales innovadores pero sostenibles. El punto de arranque del proyecto desarrollado por Angélica Barco ha sido la manera en la que se representaban las ranas en las civilizaciones antiguas. Nuestro símbolo, la rana, simboliza la tierra fecundada por el agua y encarga el placer mundano y sencillo. En la teoría psicoanalítica este animal tiene una connotación muy positiva, es ágil, vivaz, sugiere capacidad de adaptación y dinamismo. La rana representa la lucha permanente contra el estancamiento y representa el carácter inconformista de quien no se asusta ante las dificultades
Frogs are precious
The new El Naturalista corporate image has been developed under this title; achieving a simpler, more contemporary image, which is easier to apply and read with its new typeface. We’ve gone for a bright, neon green, because it is a colour which is present everywhere in nature and has a strong technological component. This component is increasingly present in our shoes inspired by nature, using innovative but sustainable processes and materials.
For El Naturalista, comfort and innovation are the main pillars of our development: Innovative designs applied to each material and process. El Naturalista is firmly committed to constant innovation, while having the utmost respect for the environment and people at all times.
The starting point for the project, developed by Angélica Barco, was the way in which frogs were represented in ancient civilisations. Our symbol, the frog, symbolises the earth made fertile by water and represents the simple pleasures of life. In psychoanalytic theory, this animal has a very positive connotation: it is agile and lively, with the capacity to adapt and be dynamic. The frog represents the permanent struggle against stagnation, and represents the maverick who is not afraid of new challenges ahead.
Tecnología Bambú
El Naturalista utiliza bambú en su producción eco-sostenible. Por un lado, esta planta requiere para su fabricación menos agua que otras fibras. Y, por otro, también ofrece mayor transpiración y absorción. Un material natural, flexible, fresco, hipoalergénico y antibacteriano.
Bamboo Technology
El Naturalista uses bamboo in their eco-sustainable production. On the one hand, this plant requires less water for its manufacture than other fibres. On the other, it also offers greater breathability and absorption. A natural, flexible, fresh, hypoallergenic and antibacterial material.

Para la salud de tus pies, El Naturalista evita la utilización de cromo en sus forros, compuesto responsable de múltiples alergias y también del excesivo consumo de agua, electricidad y productos químicos. Lo que sí utiliza son plantillas Nat Fit termo-moldeables con mayor superficie de pisada, lo cual aporta estabilidad y minimiza el impacto.
Healthy Feet
For your feet’s health, El Naturalista avoids the use of chromium in their linings, which are instead made of a responsible mix of allergy-friendly elements that don’t require a lot of water, electricity or chemical products. What they do use are Nat Fit soles that are thermo-moulded with a larger tread surface, which means stability and minimal impact.
Artesania Española
La artesanía sea probablemente el sistema de producción más eco-sostenible, igual que la producción local. El Naturalista puede presumir de ambas cosas ya que en sus propios talleres intervienen hasta 100 personas en la fabricación de cada pieza. Totalmente “made in spain”.

Craftsmanship is probably the most eco-sustainable system of production, like local production. El Naturalista can boast both because in their factories up to 100 people intervene in the manufacture of each piece. Totally “made in Spain”.
