Nika Dodon is a new face from Chișinău (Moldova). She is only 15 years old, measures 1.76, her mother agency is Mandarin Model Management
What are you studying? I am studying at the “Ion Creanga” Lyceum, Chisinau, Rep. of Moldova, 9th grade.
How long have you been working as a model and how did you get started? I’ve been working as a model for almost two years. I was 13 years old at that time, so me and my mother discovered and approached the Agency through the internet. Therefore, I was contacted by them to talk about my opportunities. I went there with my mother and we discussed about what can be achieved based on my characteristics. I thought that I should give it a try, as I was really interested in this industry and I saw myself activating as a model. Moreover, my parents gave me full support.
What do you think makes you special as a model? I think every model its special in his/her own way. But from my experience, many photographers told me that I have big eyes and big lips, which was something special for them. Beside that, I am tall, pretty and I think that I have enough traits to be a model.
What have been your main work to date? I don’t know if I have something like this. For me, all the works I’ve done are important and each of them means something for my career. But my main works, were for sure, in Milan.
Who are your favorite musicians? I’m in love with Beyoncé. This woman is perfection!
What is your favorite TV series? The Mentalist and Pretty Little Liars. I like mystery!

What places would you recommend us in your city? My city is a little one, but anyway it has its special beauty. There you can visit some parks like “Valea Morilor” or “Grădina Botanica”. Also some places of interest are The National History Museum or The Museum of Arts. If you like sculptures, you have to visit The Statue of Ștefan Cel Mare, which is the center of the city. After visiting all those places you can have a rest in at Tucano Coffee, which happens to be my favorite place to relax. There you can get the best coffee in the town, try some good dishes and listen some good music.
What is the best thing that has happened to you to date as a model? I think my first traveling experience in Milano. For me it was something new: being alone at 15 years old in such a big city. But it was interesting and I met a lot of nice people there.
